David Yarnell

Operating Partner

Mr. Yarnell became an Operating Partner with Falconhead Capital in 2008. He most recently has been Managing General Partner at BEV Capital, a private investment firm with $200 million under management, concentrating on early expansion stage investments in the consumer sector. During his 11 year tenure at BEV Capital, he served on such boards as Alloy (Nasdaq: ALOY), Outpost.com (Nasdaq: COOL) and Buca di Beppo (Nasdaq: BUCA), Travel Holdings and LoveSac. From 1993-1997, Mr. Yarnell was Vice President at Consumer Venture Partners making early stage consumer investments. From 1991-1993, he was President of MEXX USA, a contemporary apparel company that sold through specialty and department stores. He also spent 7 years (1984-1991) at McKinsey & Company in their Consumer Practice Group helping consumer clients worldwide with strategic, marketing, organizational and operational issues. From 1982-1984, he worked in product management at General Mills in Minneapolis. Mr. Yarnell started his career as a Sportswear Buyer at Federated Department Stores. He currently serves on the boards of two Falconhead investments – Our365 and Escort, Inc.
