Tom currently serves as Chairman and Executive Director of GPSI Holdings, LLC. He was most recently President and Chief Executive Officer of Resources Global Professionals; a multinational professional services firm (NASDAQ: RECN). He also served as an independent director on the Resources board as Chairman of the Corporate Governance and Compensation Committees and as a member of the Audit Committee.

He was previously Chairman and CEO of the Marketing Services Division of Cendant Corporation (NYSE: CD). where he managed and integrated the company’s three global direct marketing units. Before retiring from the company in the fall of 2005, Christopoul led the strategic divestment of that division (now Affinion Group Holdings) in a sale to private equity firm Apollo Management, LP for proceeds in excess of $1.8 billion.

Prior to that, he was Chairman and CEO of the Financial Services Division of Cendant, where he managed Jackson-Hewitt Tax Services, the second largest tax preparation firm in North America. In June 2004, he led the 100% Initial Public Offering of that company on the (NYSE: JTX), which raised more than $800 million in proceeds for its former parent. In its first two years trading, the company's stock more than doubled.

Also at Cendant, Tom served as Senior EVP and Chief Administrative Officer, headed the company’s Pension Committee and served as the Chairman of the Cendant Charitable Foundation. Prior to HFS and Cendant, he was the Director of Labor Relations for Nabisco Brands and also worked for several years at the Pepsi-Cola Company.

Tom has extensive international experience having negotiated large scale outsource, joint venture and partnership deals throughout Europe, Central & South America, China, Japan, South Africa, Australia, Thailand and Canada and is a member of the Board of Directors of Nor1, Inc.; TAI, Inc. and Cabana Cachaca, L.P. He is also Non-Executive Chairman of Hudson Crossing, LLC (a travel industry consulting and advisory partnership in NYC).
